You may submit a reference question via e-mail to the Cumberland County Library Reference Librarians.  To do this, simply fill out the form below, including your complete CLUES Card number is the appropriate field.  Cumberland County Library staff will answer reference questions for CLUES library card holders ONLY.  Please allow two days transit minimum (one day to us, one to you), and include as much detailed information as possible to assist us. "Please send me everything you have on "x" topic" will not be considered an appropriate question.
